How it works
Workflow overview
Decision spotlight
The product challenge is adapting CRM patterns to healthcare operations, where logistics, clinical context, account activity, and follow-up cannot live in separate mental models.
Product tradeoff: Workflow consistency vs. local operational variation — one console has to flex across field, lab, and leadership without fragmenting.
What this demonstrates
Product insight
Healthcare field operations, lab ops, and imaging teams rarely have a CRM adapted to their operational model. This demo shows what an enterprise healthcare CRM console looks like when account management, event tracking, LIS worklists, logistics, and opportunity follow-up are unified into one governed workspace.
Product notes
How I think about this
Product problem
Healthcare field, lab, and operations teams often manage account follow-up, client build status, logistics, events, and opportunity tracking across disconnected systems. This demo shows how those workflows can be unified into one operational CRM console.
User / system workflow
Users can move between dashboard signals, account records, contacts, field events, LIS worklists, logistics queues, and opportunity follow-up. Role-aware views adjust emphasis for field reps, lab operations, and leadership users.
My product lens
The demo focuses on healthcare-specific CRM depth: account operations, contact management, event history, LIS configuration, specimen pickup logistics, requisition workflows, opportunities, cases, and dashboard variance. It covers a role-aware CRM workspace; dashboard variance and operational watchlists; account detail with contacts, events, LIS configuration, pickup, notes, and opportunities; contact directory with linked account context; event capture and follow-up workflow; LIS worklist with SLA and configuration states; logistics routes and requisition workflow; and opportunity and case tracking.
Why it matters
The product demonstrates how a CRM can be adapted to healthcare operations rather than forcing field, lab, and logistics teams into generic sales tooling.
What I would improve next
Deeper permission modelling by role; saved views for field, lab, and leadership teams; more advanced analytics for account readiness and route exceptions; exportable operational summaries; more detailed audit-friendly workflow history.
